<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - The public will have a chance to provide input on how the City of Columbia should utilize funding from the American Rescue Plan Act on Monday, June 21. The Columbia City Council and staff will hear public comment during a work session that begins at 5 p.m. at City Hall, 701 E. Broadway. <br /><br />The City of Columbia has been awarded $25,284,624 from the federal government and has already received $12,642,312.<br /><br />Finance Director Matthew Lue will also be giving a presentation on how the money can be used prior to public comment. <br /><br />The federal government has provided guidelines on using the money for the following categories: <br />
<ul>
<li>Public health</li>
<li>Economic impacts</li>
<li>Premium pay </li>
<li>Investments in infrastructure</li>
