<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:150%;"><h1 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 130%;">Columbia Police investigate assault with vehicle in the parking lot at 4 Business Loop 70 E, June 29</h1>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Columbia Police responded to 4 Business Loop 70 East in reference to an assault with a motor vehicle on Tuesday, June 29, at approximately 5:10 a.m. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Officers arrived and located two victims of the assault.  Both victims reported the suspect intentionally struck a 51 year old male with a motor vehicle and attempted to run over a 40 year old female. During the assault, the suspect struck the building at 4 Business Loop, causing damage to the building. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The female victim reported previously being in an intimate relationship with the suspect.  The male victim was transported to a local emergency room where he was treated for minor injuries. The female victim did not sustain any injuries from the incident. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The suspect is identified as 35 year old Darell Lamont Rogers of Hawk Point, Missouri. The Columbia Police Department is actively attempting to locate Rogers for the charges of assault in the first degree, armed criminal action, domestic assault in the first degree and property damage in the first degree.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an ongoing investigation. More information may become available at a later time.</span></p>
