<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Columbia Police have arrested Darell Lamont Rogers, 35, of High Point, Missouri for the charges of </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">assault in the first degree, armed criminal action, domestic assault in the first degree and property damage, driving while revoked, tampering with a motor vehicle in the first degree, leaving the scene of an accident and abandoning a motor vehicle. He has been remanded to the custody of the Boone County Jail.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">At approximately 5:10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 29, Columbia Police responded to a report of an assault with a vehicle in the parking lot at 4 Business Loop 70 E. Officers arrived and located two victims, one with minor injuries who was transported to a local emergency room. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">During the investigation, officers identified the suspect as Rogers, but he had left the scene prior to officers arrival. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an ongoing investigation. More information may become available at a later time.</span></p>
