<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><strong>Correction</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">: The correct charges are domestic assault in the first degree, assault in the first degree, armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful possession of a firearm and tampering with physical evidence.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Darrius L. Davis, 28, of Columbia was identified and arrested in connection with shots fired with injury in the 2200 block of Clark Lane on Saturday, July 31. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Columbia Police responded to a report of a disturbance with shots fired. While conducting the investigation, officers were notified that a female victim with a non-life threatening gunshot wound had walked into a local emergency room. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an ongoing investigation. More information may become available at a later time.</span></p>
