<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - Columbia Water & Light has scheduled an interested parties meeting to discuss proposed water main improvement projects. The meeting will be held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., August 24 in Conference Room 1B at City Hall.<br />During the meeting, citizens can review preliminary plans, ask questions, make comments and complete a public comment form.<br />Projects to be discussed include: <br />
<ul>
<li>Replacement of approximately 2,100 feet of water main along Garth Avenue and Leslie Lane from Texas Avenue to Providence Road. </li>
<li>Replacement of approximately 1,400 feet of water main along Glenwood Avenue and Glenwood Court.</li>
<li>Installation of approximately 2,750 feet of water main along Sinclair Road between Nifong Boulevard and Southampton Road.</li>
</ul>
These projects have been designed to increase available flow to the designated areas for domestic water use and fire protection purposes.<br />Stakeholders and interested parties are invited to attend the meeting to provide feedback and ask questions about the proposed plan.</div>
