<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:150%;"><h1 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 130%;">Asphalt seal and crack fill project scheduled for Armory parking lot</h1>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - Frech Paving Co, contractor for the City of Columbia Parking Utility, will be working to complete an asphalt seal and crack fill project at the Armory parking lot, 701 E. Ash Street. The project is scheduled to begin on Sept. 7 and be completed on Sept. 11, weather permitting.<br /><br />The project will happen in two parts. Part one will consist of closing the north half of the lot for work on Sept. 7 at 6:00 a.m. and reopening at 6:00 a.m. on Sept. 9. Part two will consist of closing the south half of the lot for work on Sept. 9 at 6:00 a.m. and reopening at 6:00 a.m. on Sept. 11.<br /><br />While the closures are in place, permit holders will be allowed to park in the south half of the lot while the north half is being worked on and vice versa. If permit holders are unable to find parking in the Armory lot during the closure periods, they will be allowed to park in the Fifth and Walnut parking g
 arage permit parking spaces or at any on-street meter without charge; so long as their permit is visible and properly displayed in the vehicle. <br /><br />During the closure periods, no vehicles will be permitted to park within the closed sections. Violators will be subject to ticket and tow at the owner's expense.</div>
