<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - Columbia/Boone County Public Health and Human Services (PHHS) will be altering the frequency of community COVID-19 vaccine clinics due to upcoming annual school-based flu shot clinics. After Sept. 15, PHHS will not regularly host COVID-19 vaccination clinics as they have been done in the past several months. PHHS will announce any pop-up COVID-19 vaccination opportunities as they occur, but community members are encouraged to get the vaccine from other local vaccinators. The list of vaccinators and their information can be found by visiting <a href="http://www.CoMo.gov/CovidVaccine">CoMo.gov/CovidVaccine</a>. PHHS wants to thank all of the community partners, businesses and organizations that hosted COVID-19 community clinics to make the vaccine accessible to all residents.<br /><br />There are multiple opportunities for COVID-19 vaccinations at Columbia/Boone County Public Health and Human Service
s community clinics the weeks of Sept. 6 and Sept. 13. These clinics will be walk-in based and no appointments are needed. People who are moderately to severely immunocompromised can get their third dose at these clinics. The community clinics listed below will offer both Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines.<br /><br />While supplies last, anyone who receives the vaccine will get a free ticket to Six Flags St. Louis, courtesy of Six Flags. In addition, individuals can also register for Missouri’s vaccine incentive program called MO VIP. In total, the state will award 900 individuals throughout the incentive program with either $10,000 cash or $10,000 towards an education savings account.
