<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">Columbia Parks and Recreation and the Roots N Blues Festival are offering a limited number of complimentary 2021 weekend passes to residents of Columbia with a family household income of less than 185% of the poverty level. </p>
<p>To register for vouchers: </p>
<ul>
<li>Online at <a href="https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf0_CF8eqU1BajH7ieW-SNUtQyv3FzDKQ5Qe2RSR5yDdnZo3Q/viewform">Roots N Blues Festival Free Ticket Entry Form</a></li>
<li>Via telephone by calling Columbia Parks and Recreation at 573.874.7460 during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)</li>
<li>In person, by visiting the Columbia Parks and Recreation office at 1 S. Seventh St. during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)</li>
</ul>
<p>Registrations will be accepted Tuesday, Sept. 7 - Thursday, Sept. 16. Ticket recipients can expect to be notified by Tuesday, Sept. 21. </p>
<p>There is a limit of four passes per household. Children 14 and under are admitted free with an accompanying adult. </p>
<p>Registration does not guarantee admission. Recipients will be selected in a random drawing by Columbia Parks and Recreation. Winners must pick up vouchers at the Parks and Recreation office between Tuesday, Sept. 21 and Friday, Sept 24.</p>
<p>Vouchers must be exchanged for admission wristbands on-site with photo ID at the Roots N Blues Box office at Stephens Lake Park. Box office hours are as follows: Friday, Sept. 24, 5-8 p.m.; Saturday, Sept. 25, 11 a.m.-8 p.m.; Sunday, Sept. 26, 11 a.m.-7 p.m.</p>
<p>The Roots N Blues Festival has been a cashless event since 2017. Wristbands are pass holders’ ticket for entry, as well as their digital wallet. The customer service tent is located directly inside the gate at the festival, at which RNB employees will assist any unregistered passholders with digital registration. Event wristbands include an RFID chip that must be used to purchase food, drinks or merchandise at the festival by connecting debit, credit or cash during online or onsite registration.</p>
<p>Event organizers are requiring either proof of full COVID-19 vaccination by Sept. 10, or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of your first day of entry on festival grounds. Walgreens at the corner of Ninth Street and Broadway offers free COVID-19 tests.</p>
