<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:150%;"><h1 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 130%;">Asphalt seal and crack fill project to close 9th and Ash Street parking lot, Sept. 16-17</h1>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - The 9th and Ash Street parking lot, 805 E. Ash Street, will be closed Thursday, Sept. 16 due to unforeseen circumstances. The parking lot will reopen at 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 17. Frech Paving Co, contractor for the City of Columbia Parking Utility, will be working to complete an asphalt seal and crack fill project.<br /><br />While the parking lot is closed, permit holders will be allowed to park at any on-street meter without charge; so long as their permit is visible and properly displayed in the vehicle.<br /><br />During the closure, no vehicles will be permitted to park in the parking lot. Violators will be subject to ticket and tow at the owner's expense.</div>
