<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - Arthur Ratliff Tree and Stump Removal will be doing work for the City of Columbia Public Works department on Rock Quarry Road. Vegetation, mainly honeysuckle, is impacting traffic, and its removal will improve visibility around corners and prevent damage to passing vehicles. Work is weather dependent and is planned for and to be completed on Friday, Oct. 8. Crews will begin setting up around 8 a.m., and will begin work by 9 a.m.<br /><br />Drivers should use caution and follow flaggers' signals.</div>
