<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">City of Columbia Utilities and Stantec Consulting hosted a meeting Dec. 1 to discuss the results of Stantec’s rate study for the Sewer, Stormwater, and Solid Waste Utilities. The study examined revenue sufficiency, cost of service, rate design, and customer impact based on a multiyear analysis to ensure Utilities covers the costs of providing services while keeping rates affordable for customers.</span></p>
