<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:150%;"><h1 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 130%;">Interested parties meeting regarding Worley Street audible pedestrian signal scheduled for Dec. 16</h1>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - The City of Columbia Public Works department has scheduled an informal open house meeting concerning the Worley Street audible pedestrian signal (APS) project. This meeting will be held on Thursday, Dec. 16, 2021 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in Conference Room 1A of City Hall at 701 E. Broadway.<br /><br />The purpose of this meeting is to present design concepts for the installation of new signal equipment including audible pedestrian signals with countdown timers at the intersection of West Worley Street and Bernadette Drive and the intersection of West Worley Street and West Boulevard. In addition, reconstruction of several sidewalk ramps at the intersection corners will be completed and existing pedestrian crossing markings will be repainted. This project is currently scheduled to begin during the fall of 2022.<br /><br />At the meeting, information and diagrams showing the design concepts will
