<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - Columbia/Boone County Public Health and Human Services (PHHS) released a new system for Boone County residents to report the results of positive at-home COVID-19 tests. This comes as at-home tests are becoming more popular and being made available through a new federal program.<br /><br />The reporting system can be accessed by visiting <a href="https://redcap.como.gov/surveys/?s=AALNETYJNC">redcap.como.gov/surveys/?s=AALNETYJNC</a>. <br /><br />Those without computer access can call 573.874.7634 to report a positive at-home test. Leave a voicemail with name, date of birth, race/ethnicity, address, phone number, email address and date of test.<br /><br />"We appreciate the Boone County residents who have been proactive and already reached out to us to submit their positive at-home test results," PHHS Director Stephanie Browning said. "This new system will make reporting the results easier for 
 residents and it will give us a better idea of how many people in Boone County are testing positive using at-home tests."<br /><br />Information about isolation for positive cases and quarantine for close contacts can be found here: <a href="https://www.como.gov/coronavirus/positive-covid-19-tests">CoMo.gov/coronavirus/positive-covid-19-tests</a>.<br /><br />Residents can order free at-home COVID-19 tests from the federal government here: <a href="https://www.covidtests.gov">covidtests.gov</a>.<br /><br />Local testing options can be found here: <a href="https://www.como.gov/coronavirus/novel-coronavirus-2019-covid-19">CoMo.gov/coronavirus/novel-coronavirus-2019-covid-19</a>.</div>
