<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display: inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proctor Drive has been identified as a street with traffic operating at speeds that are higher than desirable. The City of Columbia Public Works department has scheduled an informal open house informational meeting concerning a traffic calming project. This meeting will be held on Monday, Jan. 31 from 6 to 7 p.m. in Conference Room 1A in City Hall, 701 E. Broadway.<br /><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">During the meeting, residents will be able to view design proposals, speak with Public Works staff and fill out a public comment card. Residents can also fill out the comment form attached to this press release and email it to </span><a href="mailto:Pubw@CoMo.gov"><span style="font-weight: 400;">PubW@CoMo.gov</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> or mail it to Columbia Public Works, 701 E. Broadway, Columbia, Mo. 65201. Plea
