<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:150%;"><h1 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 130%;">Columbia Police respond to a barricaded subject at a residence in the 200 block of Dillon Drive, March 22</h1>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - Columbia Police arrested Jesse L. Jenkins, 29, of Columbia, for several felony arrest warrants and having probable cause for arrest in relation to numerous theft investigations. <br /><br />On March 22 at approximately 9:40 a.m., Columbia Police detectives were attempting to locate Jenkins. Officers located him at a residence in the 200 block of Dillon Drive, where he subsequently barricaded himself inside.<br /><br />Due to the nature of the incident, detectives on scene requested the department’s SWAT team and Crisis Negotiations Team (CNT). The SWAT team established a perimeter while a CNT negotiator made contact with Jenkins. After a period of negotiations, he surrendered without incident.<br /><br />This is an ongoing investigation being handled by the department’s Criminal Investigations Division. More information may become available at a later time.<br /><br />If you know someth
