<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - Columbia Police arrested Scott Morland Locke, Jr., 26, of Columbia for multiple charges in relation to a reported shots fired investigation.<br /><br />On March 24 at approximately 9:10 p.m., Columbia Police responded to the 2500 block of Quail Drive regarding a domestic disturbance. While enroute, it was learned shots had been fired. <br /><br />Officers were able to identify the male who was suspected of shooting as Locke, who was then taken into custody. No one was struck by the gunfire.<br /><br />Locke was also identified as the individual who was involved in a shots heard incident earlier in the evening on Business Loop 70 East near Eastland Circle and who had fled an attempted vehicle stop.<br /><br />Officers arrested Locke for first degree domestic assault, first degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon, resisting/interfering with arrest, driving while revoked/suspended, exceeding the post
ed speed limit by 16-19 miles per hour and failure to stop for a sign before crossing.<br /><br />This is an ongoing investigation.
