<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">As the City of Columbia continues the expansion of its renewable energy portfolio, City of Columbia Water & Light considers connecting with industry leaders and regional partners a major priority. The Advancing Renewables Conference propels the City to the forefront of efficiency programming and renewable energy development in the Midwest.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The 17th annual Advancing Renewables Conference will be held April 26 and 27 at the Christopher S. Bond Life Sciences Center at the University of Missouri.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This conference offers attendees the opportunity to hear speakers from across the nation discuss programs, projects and policies that effectively advance the use of renewable energy. Attendees can expect to gain insights into industry trends, find solutions for integrating renewable energy sources and explore pathways to energy transition.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Registration for the conference is $175 through April 8 and $225 beginning April 9. Students and groups are eligible for discounts. Need-based scholarships that cover the registration fee are available. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Advancing Renewables Conference is co-hosted by City of Columbia Water & Light and the University of Missouri School Of Natural Resources.
