<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - Beginning at 7 a.m. on Thursday, April 21, Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc., contractor for the City of Columbia Public Works department, will close a section of South Rolling Hills Road for the installation of an 18-inch underground stormwater pipe. Both lanes of South Rolling Hills Road between New Haven Road and Sugar Grove Road will be closed during construction. Motorists are encouraged to find an alternative route.<br /><br />The work is expected to be completed by 8 a.m. on Friday, April 22, weather permitting.</div>
