<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - On behalf of the City of Columbia, Columbia/Boone County Public Health and Human Services is looking for community members' experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic and input on the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding allocated for Columbia.<br /><br />ARPA is a federal aid package that provides funding to families, governments, businesses, schools, nonprofits and others impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. ARPA funding builds a bridge toward economic improvement and provides vital support to communities in crisis. <br /><br />The City of Columbia will receive a total of $25.2 million of ARPA funds in two tranches to address health and economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. The City Council voted to spend the first half of this funding on the issues of homelessness, community violence, behavioral crisis care mental health services and workforce development. <br /><br />The City of C
