<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - Due to limited usage, the City of Columbia Cashier Office at City Hall will be updating its drive-thru hours. Beginning July 5, the drive-thru will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., the same hours as the lobby. <br /><br />There is a utility dropbox inside City Hall during normal business hours and an after-hours dropbox available 24/7 on the north side of City Hall near the Cashier Office drive-thru. <br /><br />Customers can also make payments on utility accounts online by visiting <a href="https://myutilitybill.como.gov/">MyUtilityBill.CoMo.gov</a> or by calling an automated line at 573.874.7694 or 884.234.0641. There are no added fees to pay online or over the phone. <br /><br />Payments on utility bills can also be paid at any participating Walmart by visiting the Walmart customer service area and providing a bill or full utility customer account number. Payments made at Walmart mu
 st be made in cash or debit card. Customers will be given a choice of next-day payments for a $1.50 convenience fee or $2 for an instant payment that processes in 30 minutes or less. <br /><br />More information on payment options can be found at <a href="https://www.como.gov/utilities/customer-service-billing/">CoMo.gov/utilities/customer-service-billing/</a>.</div>
