<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - Due to weather-related delays, Capital Paving, contractors for the City of Columbia Public Works department, have extended the dates for mill and overlay pavement maintenance, currently underway on the following City streets:<br /><br />
<ul>
<li>Dorsey Street</li>
<li>Willis Avenue</li>
<li>Rangeline Street between Business Loop 70 East and Rogers Street</li>
<li>Wilkes Boulevard between North Providence Road and North Seventh Street</li>
<li>North Seventh Street between Wilkes Boulevard and Business Loop 70 East</li>
</ul>
Capital Paving has completed mill and overlay maintenance on Curtis Avenue, Kentucky Boulevard, Burnam Avenue and Matthews Street. These streets were listed in a prior press release dated July 19 about this work.<br /><br />Crews plan to resume work Friday, July 29, at 6 a.m., and will also work on Saturday. "No parking" signs posted on all streets planned for treatment are being updated with the extended dates. Please refrain from parking your vehicles on signed streets on the dates listed.<br /><br />Temporary lane closures will be required. Traffic control signs and flaggers will be present to assist motorists through work zones as needed. Motorists and pedestrians should use caution in work zones and find alternate routes if possible.<br /><br />All maintenance is scheduled to be completed by Wednesday, Aug. 3, at 4:30 p.m., weather permitting.</div>
