<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - Columbia/Boone County Public Health and Human Services (PHHS) will have a walk-in COVID-19 vaccination clinic from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. hosted at Progressive Missionary Baptist Church, 702 Banks Ave., Saturday, Aug. 13. <br /><br />Members of the public are welcome to attend. No appointments are needed. <br /><br />Residents can receive any dose in a series, including boosters, at the clinic. To check booster eligibility, visit <a href="https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/booster-shot.html">cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/booster-shot.html</a> or call 800.232.0233.<br /><br />Vaccines are free and do not require ID or health insurance. Anyone aged 6 months and older is eligible for Pfizer. Anyone aged 18 and older is eligible for Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson. While there are Moderna vaccines available for individuals ages 6 months to 17 years, PHHS is curre
ntly only administering Pfizer vaccines to this age group.<br /><br />Parental consent forms are required for anyone under the age of 18.<br /><br />The PHHS clinic, 1005 W. Worley St., will have extended hours for COVID vaccinations on Wednesdays in August from 3:30 to 6 p.m. These clinics are by appointment only: <a href="https://www.como.gov/health/covid19-vaccine-appointments/">CoMo.gov/health/covid19-vaccine-appointments</a>.<br /><br />Vaccination opportunities are also available with other local vaccinators. The list of vaccinators and their information can be found by visiting <a href="https://www.como.gov/covidvaccine/">CoMo.gov/CovidVaccine</a>.</div>
