<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="margin: 12.0pt 0in 12.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;">Columbia Parks and Recreation is updating two components of its Parks, Recreation and Open Space Master Plan. The Neighborhood Parks Plan and the Trails Plan serve as a guide for land acquisition and development for the department. The two plans were last updated in 2013. Plan updates will reflect land acquisition and development since 2013 and also show future development of the trail system as part of the 2021 Park Sales Tax renewal.</span></p>
<p style="margin: 12.0pt 0in 12.0pt 0in;"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;">Parks and Recreation staff is seeking feedback about these two plans. A series of public input meetings are scheduled throughout the community over the next six weeks. Park planning staff will be at the meetings and will be available to discuss plans and take comments from the public. </span></span></p>
