<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:150%;"><h1 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 130%;">Suspect detained on charges relating to reported incidents of indecency, Aug. 25</h1>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">On Aug. 25 between the hours of 3:54 - 4:48 p.m. Columbia Police responded to three reports of an adult male exposing himself to juvenile victims. The incidents occurred in the 200 block of Park DeVille Drive, the 4500 block of Bethel Street and the 4300 block of S. Providence Road.  </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">All victims reported similar descriptions of the suspect and his vehicle. Officers learned that the suspect had a Moberly address and asked Moberly Police for assistance in locating him.</span></p>
<br />
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Moberly Police located and arrested James Robert Weaver, 23, in Moberly. Columbia Police took him into custody and transported him to the Boone County Jail where he is held without bond.</span></p>
<br />
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Weaver is charged with first-degree harassment; sexual  misconduct involving a child under 15; first degree sexual misconduct; and enticement or attempted enticement of a child.</span></p>
<br />
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The investigation is ongoing and more information may become available at a later time.</span></p>
<br />
