<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="margin: 12.0pt 0in 12.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;">Due to the weather, Columbia Parks and Recreation has rescheduled a public input meeting regarding the development of the Whitegate park property. The drop-in meeting will now be held Tuesday, Nov. 1, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the park property located at 2205 Whitegate Drive. The meeting was originally scheduled for today, Oct. 25. </span></p>
<p style="margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: 1c1e21;">The 2.24-acre park was acquired in 2018 with funds from the Park Sales Tax, filling a need for a neighborhood park in this area of Columbia, as identified in the 2013 Parks, Recreation and Open Space Master Plan. Park amenities may include a youth activity court, playground, basketball court, shelter and open greenspace.</span></p>
<p style="margin: 12.0pt 0in 12.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: 1c1e21; background: white;">Park staff will be available to discuss plans and take public comments. </span><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;">An online form is available for those who are unable to attend the meeting; the form is located at</span><a href="https://beheard.como.gov/"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: 1155cc;"> BeHeard.CoMo.gov. </span></a></p>
