<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - On Nov. 29 the Columbia Police Department arrested Noah Solbrekken, 23, of Columbia during a traffic stop in the 1300 block of Paris Road. He was arrested for first-degree assault in connection to a shots fired incident that occurred on Nov. 2 in the 3700 block of Clark Lane.<br /><br />At approximately 5 p.m. on Nov. 2, officers responded to the 3700 block of Clark Lane in response to a report of shots fired. Through their investigation, officers learned two vehicles had been involved in an exchange of gunfire. <br /><br />One of the vehicles involved in the gunfight did collide with an uninvolved vehicle, resulting in property damage. While no injuries were reported, officers later learned that one of the individuals involved did sustain minor injuries.<br /><br />During the investigation, detectives identified Solbrekken as the suspect and established probable cause for his arrest. It was also d
