<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - The City of Columbia is seeking proposals for American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding under the categories of mental health access, homelessness, workforce development and support and community violence. In order to allow for more organizations to apply for funding, the City has extended the deadline to submit proposals within these categories to Feb. 27 at 5 p.m.<br /><br />As part of this process, a request for proposals (<a href="https://columbia.ionwave.net/PublicDetail.aspx?bidID=5084&ret=OPEN&pg=0&bidNumber=&title=&type=&org=">RFP 89/2023</a>) has been opened for these categories. The City will be accepting proposals while the RFP remains open. <br /><br />Proposals must be submitted through ResourceX. More information about ResourceX and submitting proposals can be found at <a href="https://beheard.como.gov/arpa">BeHeard.CoMo.gov/ARPA</a>. <br /><br />If you
