<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - Today the Columbia Police Department shared information related to an active shooter incident that occurred on North Fifth Street on Nov. 14, 2021.<br /><br />That information includes Police Report 2021-011380, redacted to protect information that, under state law, is currently closed. The Department also shared a video which includes images collected during the incident by dashboard and body worn cameras.<br /><br />The Department is thankful for community members who are taking the time to review this briefing and consider the facts of this incident.<br /><br />Residents are encouraged to support those in the community as they process this information.<br />The report is available as an attachment to this release.
