<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - The City of Columbia Housing Programs division has funding available for the Homeownership Assistance Program. <br /><br />This program is designed to help low to moderate-income families purchase a home in Columbia's city limits. Applicants must be first-time homebuyers who meet the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) income guidelines. Funding can be used for closing costs and down payment assistance. Applicants can receive up to $10,000 in the form of a 10-year forgivable loan with 0% interest. <br /><br />For more information about program requirements or to apply, visit <a href="https://www.como.gov/community-development/housing-programs-division/homeownership-assistance-program/">CoMo.gov/community-development/housing-programs-division/homeownership-assistance-program/</a>. <br /><br />Questions can also be directed to the Housing Programs division at HousingProgr
