<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - The City of Columbia Public Works department has scheduled a second informal open house meeting concerning traffic calming on Spencer Avenue, which has been identified as a street with traffic operating at speeds higher than desirable. This meeting will be held Tuesday, Feb. 27, from 6 to 7 p.m. in Conference Room 1C of City Hall, 701 E. Broadway.<br /><br />Public Works administrative staff had previously mailed a letter to local residents stating that the meeting would be held in Room 1B of City Hall. Due to a room conflict, the meeting has been moved to Room 1C. City staff will be present in the lobby to help direct attendees to the correct room.<br /><br />During the meeting, residents will be able to review design proposals, speak with Public Works staff and fill out a public comment card. Comments will be considered as the design is developed.<br /><br />Residents can also view preliminary tr
