<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The City of Columbia Solid Waste Utility will resume manual residential curbside recycling collection on an every-other-week schedule beginning March 18.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">On alternating weeks, customers can put their mixed containers and mixed fibers curbside on their regular weekly scheduled refuse pickup day. Collection routes have not changed, and customers who have email addresses on file with Utility Customer Service will receive emails with information on how to access the interactive collection map at a later date.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">"We are excited to be resuming this service within weeks of the implementation of our automated trash collection system," City Manager De’Carlon Seewood said. "The City will be sharing information and reminders regarding routes and other pertinent details related to service resumption ahead of March 18."</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Citywide distribution of roll carts began Jan. 29, and implementation of the City’s automated residential curbside refuse collection system begins March 4. </span></p>
