<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:150%;"><h1 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 130%;">Road closure scheduled on Garth Avenue beginning Feb. 26</h1>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Beginning Monday, Feb. 26, the City of Columbia Sewer Utility will close Garth Avenue to through traffic between Oak Street and Ash Street for a sewer line improvement project. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Sewer Utility plans to straighten the sanitary sewer pipes in order to complete a rehabilitation project. A contractor will place a liner inside the repaired pipe, then blown steam will expand and harden the liner to reinforce the pipe.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Barricades and signs will be present to reroute traffic around the closure.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Access to all drive approaches will remain open. The work is scheduled to be completed by March 1.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Motorists, pedestrians and nonmotorized transportation users are urged to exercise caution around the work zone or find alternate routes.</span></p></div>
