<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At approximately 1:40 a.m. May 19, Columbia Police responded to shots fired in the 1700 block of Paris Road.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">During their investigation, police located two adult males with gunshot wounds. Both males were taken to a local hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A large physical disturbance occurred, and officers believe multiple people involved were armed with firearms that resulted in shots being fired.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Columbia Police would like to thank the Ashland Police Department, the Boone County Sheriff’s Office and the Missouri State Highway Patrol for their assistance.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an ongoing investigation. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the Columbia Police Department at 573.874.7652 or CrimeStoppers at 573.875.TIPS (8477) to remain anonymous.</span></p>
