<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At approximately 10:20 p.m. May 26, Columbia Police responded to shots fired in the 4300 block of Rice Road. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Police found a male victim with an apparent gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital, where he later died as a result of his injuries. Columbia Police are still attempting to contact the victim’s next of kin.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the Columbia Police Department at 573.874.7652 or CrimeStoppers at 573.875.TIPS (8477) to remain anonymous.</span></p>
