<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;">The two individuals found deceased in the 1700 block of Ridgemont Drive have been identified as Marcia Hess, 77, of Columbia, and Sara Fox, 50, of Columbia. Both had previously been reported missing on May 8. Next of kin have been notified.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Columbia Police Department has arrested Randall Russell Fox, 51, of Columbia, for the homicide of both Hess and Fox. Randall Fox was arrested for second-degree murder, tampering with physical evidence and armed criminal action.</span></p>
