<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - A partial building collapse occurred at 19 S. Sixth St. due to damage from heavy rainfall in the early morning hours of Wednesday, July 3.<br /><br />As a precaution, a portion of the alley between South Fifth and Sixth Streets will be closed for an indeterminate period of time. This closure is for the safe installation of a temporary support system and to facilitate ongoing assessments and repair work.<br /><br />We advise residents to avoid the alleyway and seek alternate routes. Barricades have been placed to prevent access to the alleyway while the damage is being assessed and repaired.</div>
