<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <strong>UPDATE: Columbia Police respond to shots fired at the intersection of Tenth Street and Broadway</strong><br /><br />At approximately 2:37 p.m. on Aug. 30, a traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of Broadway and Highway 63. As a result of the stop, Deangelo Grant, 39, of Columbia, was arrested on an active warrant for charges of first-degree assault, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon, and property damage. The arrest warrant was related to the shots fired incident that occurred on Aug. 25 near Tenth Street and Broadway.<br /><br />Following Grant's arrest, search warrants were served at residences in the 2800 block of Jacobs Place and the 2500 block of Heying Drive. Evidence related to the investigation was discovered during the service of the warrants.<br /><br /><strong>Previous release:</strong><br /><br /><strong>Columbia Police respond to shots fired a
