<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:150%;"><h1 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 130%;">Columbia Police respond to a car jacking in the 1000 block of Elleta Blvd., Aug. 30</h1>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At approximately 1:53 a.m. on Aug. 31, Columbia police responded to a carjacking in the 1000 block of Elleta Blvd.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A male rideshare driver told officers he was attacked by two men when they reached the agreed-upon destination. The victim described one suspect as a Black male wearing a brown shirt and the other as a Black male wearing a black shirt and black coat.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The suspects stole the victim’s 2010 silver Toyota Corolla with Missouri license plate EK0 N9M. Night shift officers searched for the vehicle and suspects for several hours this morning, but could not locate either. Day shift officers are now attempting to retrieve and review video from local businesses in an attempt to determine the suspects' direction of travel and any other pertinent investigative details.</span></p>
