<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:150%;"><h1 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 130%;">Elevator maintenance at Eighth and Walnut Plaza Parking Garage through December</h1>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - Starting the week of Sept. 23, AllRise Elevator Company Inc. will be performing heavy maintenance work on the elevators at Eighth and Walnut Plaza Parking Garage, 17 N. Eighth St.<br /><br />The garage has two elevators, located in the southeast and southwest corners of the building. Repairs will begin on the southeast elevator, during which time the southwest elevator will remain in service. Once the southeast elevator has been restored, crews will begin work on the southwest elevator.<br /><br />The estimated cost of the elevator maintenance is $435,000, funded by parking revenue.<br /><br />The elevator upgrades are expected to be completed by the end of December.</div>
