<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At approximately 2:06 a.m. Oct 4, Columbia Police responded to a single-vehicle crash in the 800 block of Old Plank Road.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A vehicle driven by </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ty Xeven Raine Frey, 18, of Macon, </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">was traveling west on Old Plank Road when it left the roadway and struck a tree. One passenger, Killian Walker, 18, of Macon died from injuries sustained in the crash. Next of kin has been notified. Frey and two other passengers sustained minor injuries. </span></p>
<p>Frey was charged with first-degree involuntary manslaughter and operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner.</p>
<p>This is an ongoing investigation. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the Columbia Police Department at 573.874.7652. To provide information without leaving your name or number, call CrimeStoppers at 573.875.8477. If you provide information to Crimestoppers that leads to an arrest, you may be eligible for a cash reward. </p>
