<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:150%;"><h1 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px; margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 130%;">City of Columbia, Columbia Center for Urban Agriculture plan ribbon cutting for sculptures at Clary-Shy Community Park</h1>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - The City’s Office of Cultural Affairs, in partnership with Columbia Parks and Recreation and the Columbia Center for Urban Agriculture (CCUA), is hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 30 for the new sculptures at Columbia’s Agriculture Park at Clary-Shy Community Park, 1769 W. Ash Street. <br /><br />The property features four new public art sculptures created by artist Stephen R. Feilbach. The ribbon cutting ceremony will include remarks by Columbia Mayor Barbara Buffaloe, Feilbach, Parks and Recreation Director Gabe Huffington and CCUA Executive Director Billy Polansky. The Columbia Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors will conduct the ribbon cutting and the public will be invited to tour the property and view the sculptures. <br /><br />The sculptures were funded by private donations from Restoration Chiropractic, Heartland Homes Remodeling and Roofing, Paul Land a
nd Julaine Stiers, and Phyllis Nichols with State Farm Insurance. Two of the sculptures were fully donated to the City of Columbia as gifts of art. The other two pieces are on display through a 10-year agreement with those two sponsors. <br /><br />For more information, contact the Parks and Recreation Department at 573.874.7460. </div>
