<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - The City of Columbia Public Works department has scheduled a second informal open house to discuss traffic calming measures on West Rollins Road between South Fairview Road and Stadium Boulevard, where traffic has been identified as operating at speeds higher than desirable. This meeting will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 9, in Conference Room 1A of City Hall, 701 E. Broadway.<br /><br />During the meeting, residents will have the opportunity to review detailed information and diagrams of preliminary traffic calming concepts. The current plans propose the construction of three speed humps and the addition of a crosswalk at the intersection of West Rollins Road and Martin Drive. These plans will also be available for public review on the <a style="white-space:nowrap" href="https://beheard.como.gov/Rollins-Road-traffic-calming">BeHeardCoMo</a> website by Friday, Dec. 6.<br /><br />City engine
