<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Board of Health meeting concerning </span><a style="white-space:nowrap" href="https://library.municode.com/mo/columbia/codes/code_of_ordinances?nodeId=PTIICOOR_CH5ANFO_ARTVIFECA_S5-112FECACOCAPE"><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">Article VI. Feral Cats</span></em></a><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">. </span></em><span style="font-weight: 400;">of Chapter 5 - Animals and Fowl of the City of Columbia Code of Ordinances will no longer take place March 13 and will now take place April 10 at 5:30 p.m. <br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br />The City is seeking public input on its animal control ordinances. At the direction of the City Council, the Columbia/Boone County Board of Health has begun reviewing Chapter 5 - Animals and Fowl of the City of Columbia Code of Ordinances. Residents are encouraged to review the sugge
sted changes at </span><a style="white-space:nowrap" href="https://beheard.como.gov/animal-control-review-of-ordinances"><span style="font-weight: 400;">BeHeard.CoMo.gov</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> and submit comments and questions for the Board to review. Comments and questions should be submitted no later than 4 p.m. March 10 for the Board to view at their March 13 meeting. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Board of Health will continue to review Chapter 5 - Animals and Fowl over the next several months.
