<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <em>Correction: The release has been updated with a correct link.<br /><br /></em>The City of Columbia Housing and Neighborhood Services department, in partnership with the Columbia Housing Authority and Columbia Board of Realtors, will be hosting a fair housing event Friday, April 18 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. The event will take place in the Council Chambers and Conference Rooms 1A/1B in City Hall, 701 E. Broadway.<br /><br />At the event, residents will have the opportunity to attend a presentation on recent fair housing trends from Professor Rigel Oliveri. Oliveri is a nationally recognized expert on fair housing law and a professor at the University of Missouri School of Law. Community members will also hear updates from community partners who are working in Columbia to further fair housing efforts.<br /><br />The event is free, and lunch will be provided following the presentation. Participants are
