<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At about 1:30 a.m. April 13, a Columbia Police officer witnessed a shooting in the 900 block of East Broadway. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Multiple agencies responded to the downtown area. Officers located one man with a gunshot wound who was taken to a local hospital. A second gunshot victim arrived at a local hospital shortly after. Both victims are in stable condition.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">During the investigation, officers took two juvenile males into custody. The investigation is ongoing, and charges are pending.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Columbia Police Department is grateful for the assistance from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, University of Missouri Police Department, Boone County Sheriff’s Office </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">and the Ashland Police Department for their assistance during this incident.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an ongoing investigation. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the Columbia Police Department at 573.874.7652. To provide information without leaving your name or number, call CrimeStoppers at 573.875.8477. If you provide information to Crimestoppers that leads to an arrest, you may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,500. </span></p>
