<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - Columbia City Manager De'Carlon Seewood has signed a declaration of emergency following severe weather that occurred in Columbia April 20. The declaration is effective immediately. <br /><br />As a result of the severe weather, City facilities and infrastructure were damaged, causing power outages and service disruptions. <br /><br />The Columbia City Council will review the declaration and vote on an ordinance that would support the measure at the April 21 City Council meeting, beginning at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 701 E. Broadway.</div>
