<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At about 6:20 p.m., May 10, Columbia police responded to a crash in the 3800 block of Ponderosa Street.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The investigation revealed that a vehicle driven by Saul Diaz, 25, of Columbia, crossed the center line and struck a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction. EMS transported drivers from both cars and the passenger from Diaz's vehicle to a local hospital. The passenger remains in serious condition.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Diaz was arrested for driving while intoxicated (serious physical injury), operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and a lane violation.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an ongoing investigation. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the Columbia Police Department at 573.874.7652. To provide information without leaving your name or number, call CrimeStoppers at 573.875.8477. If you provide information to Crimestoppers that leads to an arrest, you may be eligible for up to a $2,500 cash reward. </span></p>
