<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - The City of Columbia Public Works department is providing an update to the pavement maintenance work originally scheduled for June 2-6. Due to weather-related delays, contractors were unable to begin work until Thursday, June 5. As a result, pavement maintenance activities are now expected to continue into the week of June 9-14, weather permitting.<br /><br />On June 5, contractors were able to apply Onyx surface treatment to these streets:<br /><br />
<ul>
<li>Glencairn Drive from Highlands Parkway to Prestwick Drive</li>
<li>Belle Meade Drive from Canterbury Drive to the end of the street</li>
<li>Canterbury Drive from Green Meadows Road to Forum Boulevard</li>
<li>Pear Tree Circle from Southampton Drive to Southampton Drive</li>
</ul>
Progress has been slower than anticipated due to cooler temperatures, overcast skies and low wind, all of which negatively impact how quickly the product can dry and cure.<br /><br />No work will take place Friday, June 6. <br /><br />The remaining streets slated to receive Onyx surface treatment June 9-14 include:<br /><br />

<li>Strathmore Drive from Highlands Parkway to the end of the street</li>
<li>Whitekirk Drive from Dunbar Drive to Strathmore Drive</li>
<li>Tayside Circle from Dunbar Drive to Dunbar Drive</li>
<li>Killian Court from Glencairn Drive to the end of the street</li>
<li>Blackford Court from Whitburn Drive to the end of the street</li>
<li>Kirkdale Drive from Southampton Drive to Whitburn Drive</li>
<li>Berwick Court from Kirkdale Drive to the end of the street</li>
<li>Weaver from Cunningham Road to Bray Avenue</li>
<li>Truman Drive from Longwell Drive to Jake Lane</li>
<li>Middlebush Drive from Overhill Road to Jake Lane</li>
<li>Jesse Lane from Jake Lane to the end of the street</li>
<li>Pickard Way from Jake Lane to the end of the street</li>
<li>Bradshaw Avenue from Bray Avenue to Alsup Drive</li>
<li>Rainwood Place from Chapel Hill Road to the end of the street</li>
<li>Garrison Place from Chapel Hill Road to the end of the street</li>
<li>Oak Cliff Place from Chapel Hill Road to the end of the street</li>
<li>Overhill Road from Ridgefield Road to the end of the street</li>
<li>Overhill Court from Overhill Road to the end of the street</li>
<li>Eastlake Drive from Walther Court to West Rollins Road</li>
<li>Lakeside Drive from Martin Drive to Beachview Drive</li>
<li>Martin Drive from West Rollins Road to Bourn Avenue</li>
<li>Topaz Drive from Martin Drive to Bourn Avenue</li>
<li>Tahoe Court from Martin Drive to the end of the street</li>
<li>Beachview Drive from Martin Drive to Lakeside Drive</li>
<li>Vegas Drive from Bourn Avenue to Yuma Drive</li>
<li>Yuma Drive from Vegas Drive to Wood Hill Road</li>
</ul>
Updated "No Parking" signs with revised dates have been posted along streets scheduled for treatment. Residents are asked to follow the dates listed on the signs and avoid parking on those streets during the posted times.
