<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - The City of Columbia is hosting the monthly Let’s Talk Local discussion from 6:30-8 p.m. Monday, July 14 at the Downtown Optimist Club, 1201 Grand Ave. This month’s discussion will feature Ward 1 Council Member Valerie Carroll.<br /><br />This month’s topic will focus on infrastructure projects, both in Ward 1 and across the city. Staff members from the City’s Utility and Public Works departments will present on these projects and answer questions from residents.<br /><br />If there are specific topics or questions you would like to be addressed, please share them at <a href="https://www.como.gov/CMS/pressreleases/BeHeard.CoMo.gov/ask-city-council">BeHeard.CoMo.gov/ask-city-council</a>. Council members and City staff will try to answer these as time allows at the meeting. Answers will also be posted on BeHeard.<br /><br />These meetings are open to all residents from any war
