<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - Columbia Parks and Recreation will close the Twin Lakes Recreation Area, 2500 Chapel Hill Road, Saturday, Aug. 23, at 6 p.m. to the general public. This includes the dog park, playground and shelter.<br /><br />The park will be closed because of the department’s planned glow bike event, Kaleidospoke. Kaleidospoke participants, who have paid an entry fee, will be riding from Flat Branch Park to Twin Lakes Saturday evening for festivities. Entertainment and bonfires are planned at the park. Registration for Kaleidospoke closes at noon Friday, Aug. 22.   <br /><br />Twin Lakes will reopen Sunday, Aug. 24, at 6 a.m.<br /><br />For more information, call Parks and Recreation at 573.874.7460. </div>
